We were asked by Pocket Living to create planning CGI's for this development which is located on the site of Snaresbrook Station, East London.

The scheme consists of 74 new affordable homes on a contentious brownfield site.

One of the main design features is a roof garden which provides community space for residents.

A communal entrance lobby provides seating areas and post lockers for residents.

A new pedestrian pathway through the station car park softens the remaining station car park and provides residents with a route into the building entrance.
