North London Residential
We were asked by a private client to create digital collateral for use in marketing this residential development in North London. Our brief was to create interior CGI's which could be used to market various apartment/housing types across a large development.
To ensure maximum flexibility for CGI output we created a full 3D environment so that we could produce high resolution still images, 360VR's, detailed vignette images, animated shorts and cinemagraphs.
Living Space
Although we had architectural plans and elevations to work from our initial task was to create a set of interior CGI's which could be applied across the whole of the development rather than producing images from each and every space. This approach allowed us to work within the clients marketing budget.
We created a bespoke apartment layout which incorporated all of the typical spaces the client wanted to show off across the development.
In the absence of an interior design scheme we created the look and feel required by the client as part of our CGI production. All interiors were designed and detailed by Photon Studios in agreement with the client based on supplied mood boards and reference material.

We created a fully immersive environment which allowed us to create content from any viewpoint including high resolution still images, vignette details, VR360 and animation content.
