Ilford Towers
Ilford Towers is a design study for putting to market a mixed-use development in Ilford, East London.
We were approached by Matthew Lloyd Architects to collaborate with them on behalf of their client to create marketing grade CGI's which could be used to help generate joint funding for the scheme.
The scheme consists of two asymmetric residential towers at the upper levels with a three storey plinth containing commercial space and entrance lobbies.
The design incorporates roof terraces at the top of each tower with dynamic views across London.
We created the full architectural model from MLA sketches and curated all of the interiors including furniture and materials.
As well as ground level photography, we commissioned aerial photography for the backplates to all high level views which helped sell the schemes location and views out from within the apartments.
